The IP address does not identify you individually. Busfreighter.com logs inbound IP addresses to administer our web site and to compile aggregate information on site traffic for internal use.
  • Personal Information Personal information will be collected when you apply to be a registered user with Busfreighter.com. This information will include First/Last Name, Company, Address, Phone Number, and/or Email Address. This information will be entered into the our systems as your customer profile for commercial account customers, and you will be provided with a User ID and password to gain access to the system. You may edit your personal profile at any time by using your user ID and password. You may also update your password. You can access your personal profile to make changes by clicking on "Edit Profile" from the My Account section of Busfreighter.com.
  • Online Transactions We collect and store information about every package we handle so that we can effectively provide the package delivery services demanded by our customers. We use information about our customers, their packages, and their shipping activity to provide or enhance the services we make available to our customers, to enhance our ability to communicate with our customers about additional services they may find of value, to satisfy our legitimate business interests (including performing trend analysis and market studies), to set prices, establish credit, fulfill a Contract of Carriage or Service Agreement, accomplish the billing function, and to comply with government regulations.

Information, including personal information (name, address, and phone number), provided as part of a shipping transaction represents a record of that business transaction and cannot be altered after the transaction is complete except as provided in the GPX Terms & Conditions.
