Self Service orders require customer to drop off their shipment at the selected Bus Station or Convenience Drop off Location and upon notification pick the shipment up at the indicated destination terminal. 

Purchase your order on BusFreighter.com…note that the discounted rates available through Busfreighter.com are not available when going to Greyhound directly.

BusFreighter.com will email your GPX shipping labels within 1-12 hours following payment.  Orders placed during office hours are processed quickly…the 12 hours is listed for after-hours and weekend orders.  (PLEASE NOTE: Convenience drop off locations are only available Monday through Friday (No weekends or Holidays) from 9am to 5pm local time)

Cut out labels and tape them to your boxes or luggage being shipped. 

Drop off your shipment at the designated Greyhound terminal on the day specified in your order.

Wait for your notification call from Greyhound regarding your shipment pick-up.

Bring photo ID with you at pick-up as it may be requested by the Greyhound agent at shipment release
 

Semi-Full Service orders require customer to either drop off or pick up their shipment at the selected Bus Station or Convenience Drop off location and be available at their residence during the indicated pick up or delivery window as detailed in order.

Full Service orders require customer to either be available at their residence during the indicated pick up window as indicated in the order details and be available at the indicated delivery window that is scheduled after the shipment has arrived at the destination station.
